Top Agent Marketing was born out of conversations with friends in real estate — incredibly talented agents juggling contracts, negotiations, emotional clients, late-night calls… and somehow also expected to be graphic designers and marketers on top of it all.

Before creating templates for agents, I spent over 20 years working alongside professional marketing teams representing brands like Microsoft, Expedia, and Johnson & Johnson in face-to-face client environments where presentation truly mattered.

Over the years, I saw how small details like a polished handout, clear messaging, or a thoughtful giveaway could make all the difference for a customer. And I also saw what happens when those details are overlooked.

Those experiences shaped how I think about marketing. It isn’t about flashy design. What people value most is clarity, confidence, and an experience that makes them feel like they’re in capable hands.
